It's all about output, hitting goals, and speaking up when one is blocked or needs help.

We move fast, don't rely too much on meetings and have a standup with the whole team at the end of each day (or for our distributed team members, at the start of each day).

We're not going to micro-manage you. You'll be trusted to do great work in the way that you think is best. You hold yourself accountable for the success and quality of work produced. We'll be there to give you feedback and support when you need but our working relationships are built in our confidence in one another.

We won't always get it right. When we get it wrong, we'll admit and learn why. We default to working in the open, allowing everyone to understand context and contribute. We’re open about both our strengths and weaknesses.
