Focus on outcomes, not efforts. Work smart, then hard. Solve deep root-problems not symptoms. Avoid sunk-cost fallacies, be honest with yourself and others when something isn’t working out. Be data-informed.

Everyone can drive, everyone can take the reins, and everyone should be accountable to both themselves and the rest of the team.

There is no such thing as “it’s not my job”. When you observe a problem, don’t wait for someone to fix it, take the responsibility of fixing it.
