Frontend Developer

We're seeking a dynamic Developer with frontend experience.

This fully remote role will be responsible for developing new features, and improving and fixing bugs inside the Convert App. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, disciplined developer that can drive projects forward and accurately estimate delivery times and communicate progress.

We're looking for someone that will become part of the Convert Team and help us move forward with fresh energy and ideas.

What will I be doing?

• Keeping security and ease of use at the forefront
• Designing and building apps/modules that scale
• Working with both relational and non-relational databases for large-scale apps
• Communicating with the team in order to take the best decisions and move the work forward

Job requirements

You’d be a good fit if you have technical skills like:

• Large scale apps design
• Laravel framework
• Microservices and serverless apps
• Frontend: REACT.js
• Elastic search with Petabyte data handling
• PHP using an Object-Oriented Programming approach
• Node.js
• REST API’s

And professional skills like:

• Prioritization skills that allow you to manage your tasks and projects well.
• Great communication skills and the ability to collaborate with ease in a remote team.
• Able to accept feedback and always be looking for improvements.
• Be flexible in learning new concepts and always stay on the cutting edge of the fast moving world of web technologies.
