- You are part of our cross functional people team (7 people and we plan to grow further). Said very clearly, your main focus will be recruitment and you should be motivated by doing that. Nevertheless you will not exclusively work on the recruiting front. :)
- You should feel responsible for the entire recruiting process of our positions. From setting up a hiring plan with founders & teams to the final employee onboarding.
- An excellent candidate experience is not just a buzz-word for you. We care for our candidates and accompany them through the entire process.
- As we hire for integrity first - the soft skill interview conducted by the people team is an important part.
- You’ll drive sig-recruiting where we collaborate on strategic initiatives with our colleagues from other departments who are interested and involved in hiring. (Final hiring decisions are team decisions at Giant Swarm).
- You take care of our HR Marketing and Employer Branding activities and you will be Giant Swarm's first contact point for potential colleagues. Our marketing team will support you here.
- In addition to that, you are happy to do direct research and work together with external service providers, if needed. We have not done this extensively, but when things are changing, we are open for all methods to attract talents without being an asshole

Requirements
- You have at least 5+ years experience as a recruiter or in a people role. You are not only motivated in execution but also in designing new roles that fit to a growing company, even if this needs some iterations
- You have been working in a startup environment and know how to recruit (international) talent (Sales & Marketing might be a focus in the beginning)
- You have already successfully implemented employer branding activities. You know how to find the right tone to attract potential new colleagues
- You are happy with English as our Company language but you also speak German
